The challenge
Northwind Agency had outgrown their template-based site. They needed a bespoke portfolio that could scale with their growing team and project roster.
Our approach
We built a file-based content system in Astro that lets their team update case studies without a CMS, paired with magnetic team avatars and a milestone timeline.
The outcome
Inbound project inquiries tripled and the site won 18 industry awards in its first year.
